anyone have info on Annihilator.airguns I placed a order a few weeks back and did P/Pal, can not get a response by phone, email or text .Thanks in advance for any info.

I have had good luck communicating with Troy via the Annihilator Facebook page. The regular website hasn't worked for a while.

I am having the same problem. Ordered on 1/18 and other then PayPal receipt I have had no contact. I have emailed, called, texted, and messaged through two different Facebook pages. No response. I am willing to wait, but I also need some type of communication. Soon I may be forced to dispute through PayPal.

There was an issue late last year death in the family lost or phone problems. Some folks had to file disputes with their cc company. Read this either on this site or Gta?

I just checked over at GTA in the Tuners forum. A couple of current threads about him with similar concerns. Sounds like personal problems, but I do not know. I just filed a dispute claim with PayPal .It is too much money to just have hanging out there without any information. Some communication could make all the difference.

If there is a problem this would not be the first time for this individual.
It may be that too many narcissistic cheerleaders in what used to be an airgun community have muddied the water so much that unless someone has been in business for more than a decade ( and not with 7 different names/businesses ) you really need to research or just roll the dice.
OT but all remember the Millennium Pumper right? Hey and his stuff is "The Best" or so say the above mentioned and to this day folks will send him money and see if they get anything someday. Everyone remeber chris & vince & filarms who stole perhaps $60,000 w/out repercussion , and now have happy lives in Ca. I'll wager that if they start selling airguns again 5 people would just right up and say THERE GREAT and you need one.
Just the modern times I reckon.
I'm sure it will all work out.

I have filed a dispute case with P/Pal because my latest attempts have still had NO response,by email,phone,or text, from Annihilator.airguns for parts I ordered. has any one else had a update on status of Annihilator.airguns ?????

So here is what I know, or don't know. I ordered a Kral Puncher Breaker on 1/18. PayPal was charged. I emailed, called, texted and messaged through 2 Facebook pages with no response. On Thursday 2/7 I filed a dispute with PayPal. On Friday 2/8 I received an email from Troy saying that my rifle was ready and did I want the rifle or a refund. Also said that he had been trying to email me, but was having trouble with his phone . I said send rifle. No response. Monday I emailed him and asked if it shipped. No response .It is now Thursday. No response.
And it is now Saturday with no response.

Just received an email from PayPal. Because they could not get a response or any additional information they have found in my favor and are refunding my money.

UPDATE-- From PayPal-- Because we were unable to obtain additional information from Annihilator airguns and tuning regarding your claim, this case has been resolved in your favor and you have received a refund .

Seems to be a reoccurring theme. Over the years I've seen a lot of these guys come & go. Unfortunately, when they go, they take everybody's money or guns with them. They start out legit and then take a wrong turn some where. Its a shame you can't trust anyone these days.

my question is what guns were this operation carrying that you hit them up instead of a known seller? like AOA, UTAH, PA, AD, SPAW, JSA, R&L, ETC?
