They can't hide from the thermal, it's like cheating lol not as many about as I thought, every session is different though. I love ratting!

Nice! I look forward to every night getting out of the house and rat hunting. I don't have thermal or infrared. I just set up a bait station that's has enough light for me to see them.

Great shooting on all those rats! I’ve shot 5 in 4 days from my bait station....fun and keeps the fruit trees and house safe!

You're right! The rats can't hide from the thermals...unless they cover themselves completely with mud and close their eyes when I'm scanning....just like in the movie,"Predator". Hahaha.
Sometimes I can see them "glowing" through the aluminum siding if they're stationary and all I'd see with the IR scope would be a tail hanging where the aluminum meets the concrete wall.
