Another Shoutout to DonnyFL

Thank you Donny for the exceptional customer support and care you provided to me and and to the community at large. I know we have all read the multitude of stories about how great his customer support is. I just want to add to our database of shared experiences.

After several months researching LDCs for my FX Impacts, I decided that the DonnyFL LDCs met my requirements. I had narrowed down the purchase to either the Sumo or Ronin.

So I emailed Donny on Sunday asking for his professional advice. I provided him with the technical information on how I had the rifles tuned and what my intended needs were. Being the weekend, I had no expectations to hear a response until either Monday or Tuesday.

To my amazement, within 5 minutes (yes, you read that correctly "5 Minutes") I received a response in my Inbox from Donny addressing my requirements. The only word that comes to mind to such a quick response is "DAMN"!!! 

So here's to you Mr. Donny!  Keep doing what you do for our community. We greatly appreciate you!

I recently had a very similar experience with Donny. I emailed him on Friday morning asking his opinion between the Tatsu and the Sumo for my Wildcat 22. A few minutes later I got a response from Donny recommending I go with the Sumo. I ordered from his website that same morning and to my happy surprise it was shipped out that day and delivered Sunday two days later! That is fantastic customer service.

Not only that but the Sumo is a work of art and does a great job of quieting the bark of the Wildcat, it is amazingly quiet. I'm very pleased with my interaction and purchase from Donny. The next time I'm looking for a moderator it will be a DonnyFL.
