Wow, looks like it was dropped from a third floor on concrete! Yes, Pyramyd know how to ship pellets. Unlike Amazon and many other places that don't care to package it properly. Congrats on the saved pellets and kudos to PA for saving you from disappointment.

Some of mine were shipped with a used gun but were mostly OK. Some of the sleeves of 10 pellet cans were slightly distorted. I opened them up and UPS' gorilla dock hands failed to mess up the actual pellets or bend the barrel! Hah! I win this time UPS! Be Well B.

Pyramid Air is the best, although I had one shipment with minimal packaging "holiday purchase" so I figured it was rushed, but UPS managed to handle it without a dent. But for the most part, it's been perfect packaging by pyramid air.
I feel bad, because every time I go to purchase a rifle or scope, what I want is out of stock at pyramid air. So it's kinda like I'm talking advantage of the 3+1 free pellets.

Wait till Christmas time when they get the temps. in, then it will be different story lol happens every year

Pellet shop was very good. Both PA and them securely packaged my pellets, Amazon was the worst.

I ordered rifle bullets from midway a couple times. They just threw two boxes of match bullets into a padded envelope. Like two cats in a sack.
By the time I got them there was loose bullets, impact damage, holes in the envelope with bullets falling out.
Customer service was worthless. Said they had no control how items were shipped and to contact the shipper.
I don't know about pellets. But I'll never buy bullets from them anymore. Other items ship fine.
Putting two heavy impact sensitive items in a bubble envelope and expecting them to arrive undamaged is crazy. And they are still doing it. Lots of guys buy bullets from them and they all have the same experience.
PA is awesome. Those foam packers work great. I use them for all sorts of things. With the buy 3 get 1 free deal you can't go wrong.
I like to cut the foam packing and stuff my gun case. It keeps rifle and pellets from banging around in the case during handling.

Do not order pellets from midway. They ship them like amazon does, only worse. Amazon puts two tins with nothing surrounding them in a box sized for a pair of work boots while midway just uses a bubble wrap envelope.
About the only time I’d still order from midway is when I need the Hatsan strike pellets for use to get close on both chronograph strings and to get a gun on paper after a scope mount. I also use those strike pellets anytime a buddy comes over and wants to shoot my LCS on full auto. So if the tins come bashed up(which they will) or tins open with ammo all loose inside the box(which they will), I’m ok with it as they are strictly plinking ammo
Edit- I must say though, I do wish airgun vendors had midways return policy of up to 90 days and full refund if not 100% satisfied. When the 90 days are up and you find you’re still not satisfied you get store credit in exchange

Have to love PA. Not the shippers handling so much though. Why I hesitate to order super large quantities of pellets. Just makes the package heavier which makes the damage worse on the spot it impacts the ground on.
