Thanks so much, my friend. I'm always thrilled to hear that someone's enjoying the channel. After all, that's the whole point.I've always enjoyed watching your channel. I'm looking forward to your review on that nice rifle.
BTW did you ever finnish the rebuild of that HW95 with the custom walnut stock? The only videos I found showed you still working on it.
Your very welcome. I know what you mean about taking time to hunt. I'm the same way when it comes to getting my time in out in the woods. Thanks so much, my friend. I'm always thrilled to hear that someone's enjoying the channel. After all, that's the whole point.
As far as the 95 custom stock goes, I'm just about to start up on it again. I take winters off to pursue another passion, and that's whitetail hunting. It pretty much consumes all of my free time. In order to keep up with the content on the channel, I produce my content well in advance of hunting season, and they're set to release every other Saturday night at 7pm EST. Currently, I've got videos lined up into the 1st week of May.
I plan on getting back to work on the 95 this week. Pretty much all that's left is to checker the grip. I've decided to leave the forend uncheckered because I use a bag and I don't want anything to add friction on the forend. After that, we're gonna stick an ARH Hornet kit in her and maybe toss some old school buttons on the piston. And it'll be complete. Of course, you won't see the end result until early June.
I think that the checkering process can be condensed into one video and most likely two more covering the the tune. Then we'll sit down and put it through its paces. After that, there's a plethora of new guns to share and to play with. A lot of them are because of my fellow lefty, Bear-of-Greyling. I think we're both a little richer from our interactions. It's gonna' a busy summer.
