Anschutz 8002 S2 rail

I am looking at options for mounting a scope to my rifle. I have a rail and a cantilever rail right now, but there is to much flex in the unit. The rifle currently has a rail on the rear section, but nothing on the front. I am hoping to find a section of rail that will go on the front section of the rifle to mount a scope more securely. I am coming up with nothing as of right now and hoping you guys will know where to find the mount.

Any help? Thanks guys!

Don't see any real issues to mount a scope. Get a set of dovetail { 11 } rings or bkl risers and mount on each section of the rifle dovetail receiver. seems pretty cut and dry.Probably will need to shim the rear or use FX no limit rings depending on the max. distance you intend to shoot.Can also use a double strap sent of rings and mount the scope to the rear dovetail section only as I did on my FWB C60

Just use lower rings for scope hight, but can't go too low as you have to clear the barrel with the objective bell of your scope. You have an adjustable butt pad and for FT, you want your head up higher. So med to high rings should work.You say the front section doesn't have a rail, but, it has a dovetail. Again, with the proper rings, that should not be any issue. My FWB 800 FT has the same dovetail cuts forward and rear in the receiver. What I did was to use some low QD rings I already had and mounted them on top of a a set of BKL risers to give me the height I wanted, as I had to clear the linkage on the left side of the receiver which is standard for this rifle to clear the ranging wheel hub.If you want a picture of my set up, let me know.

No rail on the front portion of the receiver. I have the cantilever mount to push the scope forward enough. I have been reading that there is a scope rail that can be attached to the front section, just can't find it.

Going to call anschutz north America to.orrow and ask them as well.

I have two of these - one in black and one in silver - if you are clever you can nip out the center and still have your 20 MOA and enough space for fat fingers trying to load a single pellet. If you want one (or both) of these they are on Ebay or PM me. https://www.ebay.com/itm/193968571309?var=494148858702

I made my scope riser/stiffener for my high power Anschutz 2002. It's a must have item on an Anschutz PCP rifle that the action is bolted onto the barrel block to eliminate flex between the two pieces. It helps the rifle shoot smoother and more accurately.

@Tim VA - I get the feeling you have a thing for Anschutz’s 8002’s?
I have one that belonged to the 2012 Olympic 3 position gold medalist
