If you're talking about Ontario, there's a great shop in Hamilton. Google is your friend. In the UK I suspect the answer is no -- likely the airgun shops are in smaller towns in the country. In the London UK area there's a shop in Morden and South London, as well as Hounslow. Not exactly London proper.

Everything that shows up on google are gun stores that have a few low end airguns like Walmart stuff. I’ll keep looking, thank you guys for your suggestions!

London doesn't have a gun culture. UK gun laws pretty much ensure that airgunners are largely just farmers and people with big chunks of property, way out in the boonies. The airguns you'll find in London proper will all be fairly affordable sub 12 ft-lb models that are "backyard safe".
