Any ELR Northern Calif. airgun guys shooting 400 to 800 yards?

Any ELR Northern Calif. airgun or rimfire guys shooting 400 to 800 yards?
I would like to join other airgun shooters who are shooting 400 to 800 yards.
BLM or private lands? I'm willing to drive 3 hours from San Francisco to shoot with you.

I'm self-sufficient with any overnight, weekend or multi-day plans.

I can shoot 3 inch MOA at 300 yards with my Airforce Texan LLS .257 and want to see how far I can take it.
Once the Altaros M24 is available in the US, which can shoot 1000 yards. Yes, 1000 yards, I will be one of the first customers to buy one.

BTW, I am familiar with the Central Coast Long Range in San Luis Obispo which is 4 hours drive from SF. So looking for something 2-3 hours drive if possible.

We have an AG / .22RF group that does silhouette shoots and some long range stuff on occasion.
They use RANGE 6 at the Sacramento Valley Shooting Center in IONE, which is just SE of Sacramento. Thinking Range 6 goes to 500 Y having metallic silhouettes all the way out.

I would contact the range office and ask for contact info of the Match Director of these events DAN SCHMIDT

In general the Sac Valley Shooting Center has private ranges that go to 1000 yards .... Might be able to join a club function of find a member of the SVSC gaining access to them ?

As the MD for the Field Target activities at SVSC, we use range 9 monthly, tho only have a 100 yards to play with.

Thanks for chiming in. I discovered that one needs to be a "voting member" to shoot at the 1000 yard range. Or be invited by a voting member to shoot. I wish I had acquaintances with that type of influence. Hence my suggestion for BLM or private shooting destinations.

We have 2 such persons that shoot FT with us ... Perhaps scaling down the LR pursuits for a bit and shooting some FT might open some doors .. ya just never know

Correct, that is why joining/participating in the small bore matches is the only and most direct way for none voting members to have the opportunity to shoot at range 6 which goes out to 500 meters or 550 yards. Or make friends with the voting members in the field target matches so you can tag along when they go to range 11 which has 1000 yards.
