Any forum members with experience re: Bushnell AR series scopes?

Was wondering overall impression, also curious if there is a 16X marking on the magnification adjustment?

Was considering as a budget Hunter FT scope.

Thanks in advance

I have had the same questions. I watched a YT vid and the guy went through how Bushnell has changed over several years and are producing better, clearer optics including the AR series.

Here are some AGN posts and reviews about this Bushnell line. Didn’t see a whole lot on this line on AGN. There’s probably more buried in random posts.

You may want to ask some Field Target guys for suggestions on a FT budget scope and browse the FT forum to see what you can find. Here’s an interesting discussion on HFT scopes https://www.airgunnation.com/topic/what-scope-for-hft/

I put a 4.5x-18x on my Cayden. it's been great. very repeatable and holds an excellent zero. Liked the floating cross and the reticle. glass is clear. I took it out from the house to an 18 F degree day with no issues. Bagged a few squirrels with it. Would recommend.

Steve,

Put a Bushnell AR Optics 4.5-18x40 with Drop Zone 223 reticle on my Taipan Veteran Standard .22 recently. Batman2 posted this scope was for sale at $130, with a $30 Bushnell rebate, so scooped one up and consider it one of my best deals. Glass is very clear and reticle easy to use. The Bushnell AR is one of best functioning scopes I own and would highly recommend. WM

Thanks for the reply - forgot to ask, what is the minimum parallax setting? Hoping for 10 yards -
