Was wondering if any FX M3 owners have switch from the 700mm barrel and gone to 800mm barrel. Currently I’m slowly changing things on my M3 in .30cal as it’s just part of the hobby and enjoyable. I’m adding things to it and after I do some slight power mods and tuning as I go. Would like to look into the 800mm barrel just to push those heavier 60+ grain slugs as fast as possible while maintaining accuracy. I know with the longer barrel it helps with being able to conserve air and push slugs faster. Just curious if anyone has done this journey with the 800mm barrel and what results you obtained? Reason I ask cause those kits are 400$ and I’m just gathering as much information as I can before hand. I don’t like to change a bunch of things on the gun at once because it can cause problems and then it’s hard to figure out what exactly may be the issue.
