Apparently not very accurate by today's standards unless maybe around up to 3 inches at 35 yards is ok with you and questionable QC and longevity read AGD reviews unless you intend to just hang it on your wall as a decorative showpiece.
There's some satisfied customers over at PA but it may not likely last with the plastic parts. There are reports of some wanting warranty with no reply from AV.
It kinda reminds me of the Chinese B3 underlever with a fancy stock and lotsa plastic IMHO.
I got the Air Venturi Springfield M1A a couple of months ago. I have only had it out to shoot twice. This morning was the second time & I had what appears to be a catastrophic failure. I was sighting in the rifle at a friends house. The gun was shooting consistently low & to the left from a bench. The shots were going almost perfectly in the same spot! I had the rear site set as low & to the left as they would go, so I assume that the issue is the plastic non-adjustable front sight. Before I could test my theory, the antibear-trap lever would not let me return the cocking lever back to the firing position. It simply won’t budge! I tried moving the safety on & off. Pulling the trigger didn’t help. I have been sitting at home waiting for a call back from an Airgun Depot technician since 10:30am, it is currently 4:00pm! So my initial impression is not good. I will get back if I get a call back with some help/suggestions.
