Make them identical to the old Beeman pellet pouches that are no longer made! They are the best with spring loaded entry with belt loop and open pull tab! Google Beeman pellet pouches, should come across pictures.

As far as molds .177 is completely lacking and the only one making pellet molds is NOE and he's not able to keep up with demand.
