Any thoughts or experience with this air tank on eBay

I saw this air tank currently on sale on eBay

It seems like a good deal, but I'm just wondering about the included valves with this tank and whether I can fill this tank with a compressor or if absolutely necessary a hand pump using the included valves. Some forum expert opinions on this tank and included valves would be greatly appreciated.
I use a hand pump now and it's killing my neck and back. So I'm seriously thinking about high pressure compressor and air tank.
The Altaros compressor seems to be getting a lot of attention on the forum lately and it's relatively inexpensive.

If you are considering a Chinese tank, why not get it right from Aliexpress at HALF the price

It is worth noting the Alieexpress listing does not include the adapter for the hose, or the hose with fittings.

That seems like an excellent deal. I've got an adapter & microbore hose on a 74 cu. ft. tank now I could just switch back an forth. My biggest concern would be receiving it undamaged all the way from China. Then what? Anyone here order a tank through AliExpress before???
Another question--The tank I have now was sold as a 74 cubic foot & says 6.8L on it just like the one on Ali. So the tank from Ali would have the same volume, correct? I didn't say it was a smart question...........What gave me pause is I looked at a 9.0l tank on their site & they state it's a 74 cubic foot. Kinda confusing.

Did you purchase one to know that the hose is not included? Reason I ask is because it shows the hose in the pic and it looks like the SAME EXACT tank, valve and hose pictured in each.

Personally I would not purchase a tank like this from China, but that's just me.

I would not want to be anywhere near something at 4500+ psi with that kid of air volume when it fails. If you roll the dice to save $$ over a US tested/certified tank, start by getting it hydro'd. If it passes, you are good. If it fails, you will not be around it and can send it back with the failed hydro cert for a refund.

I would not risk it either, not sure what the ramifications are for not having a DOT certification? May have difficulty getting if filled at dive shops etc? 

I took my Great White tank for it's first fill at a dive shop, the shop owner looked over every inch of my tank and said, if this tank is bad we are both dead and the building will be leveled.
