Anybody got a personal range?

Now, let it be said, I lost access to my regular range about 4 months ago. Not worth it to the new owners. I have had a few generous offers by fellow members on the forum, but logistics prove fatal as I’m not available weekends. They are normal working folks during the week. What I need is probably a personal backyard range somebody has on their property for myself and another fellow air gun researcher. We would have no issue paying for the privilege to help such host cutting their hobby costs. Limits are within 2 hours of Nassau county . Tuesday or Wednesday, Preferably not Connecticut, as I’m unaware of that state’s restrictions, we would be happy to share our information and trials, and I personally would share accessibility to my guns for the host to try.

Everyones back yard right..

I have some space at my place, meaning for distance, but not anything like some folks have that allow bench room for multiple folks. Basically, only one person is shooting at a time.

I don’t know how some of you approach target shooting, but I’m not much of a social butterfly. I enjoy the time by myself, my thoughts are focused on one thing, and it allows me to further fine tune my equipment. Probably stems from my physical ailments, and because of that I don’t get to shoot as much as I want, so when I do feel up to it mentally and physically, I enjoy the quiet.

Yes, dialing in guns is not a group activity for me either. But recreational shooting with family or friends several times a year is fun.

I’ve done that, recreational type of shooting, and to me that’s at a group campsite, setting out cans, typically with low maintenance “can’t hurt ‘em” type guns. Crosman pumpers.
The last time I had a get together family shoot out my beeman r10 deluxe barrel ended up with a cracked stock and upward bent barrel.
