Anybody have a Brocock Aim X? interested in your opinions

I bought A BroCock Aim X pistol in .22 off the Yellow. It is supposed to arrive on Saturday. I only found small bits about it on the web. 1 You Tube vid with the same gun .

They have newer models but I am interested in this older model if you have one. General info like accuracy, handling, eas of use with that rear bolt, etc..Thanks

"strikefast"Scrane, thanks for the input. Is your pistol accurate?
I'm sorry, I didn't mention, the Contour is a very tiny carbine that seems to use the same action and a longer barrel and larger air tube. My little rifle is very accurate, and I seem to remember it uses a Walther barrel. The trigger is quite good, too. The overall quality of the pre-daystate Brococks is excellent.
When you depress the small lever at the rear of the action the bolt will spring to the rear about 1/2". You then grasp the knob and pull it an additional 1/2' to cock the action. Load the pellet and push the knob forward to make the gun ready to fire. There is no safety, but you can again depress the lever to disengage the bolt and make the gun safe.
Sounds complicated, but it is actually a very elegant system. I can't imagine a lot of the AimX pistols were sold, so I think you will have something very nice and very special. Let me know if you don't like it. I can be tempted to get one.
Sandy.

I used to own one. They are built very well, and the trigger is nice. It is unregulated and does not have a manometer so keep an eye on your shot count or else you'll wonder why your poi drops. If I recall maybe 15 good shots? Hope you got the LDC shown in the pic bcuz it can be loud without one.

It's a bit bigger than I expected, but overall it has a very nice feel and quality to it. I had the most fun using a red dot with it.

OK just an update on the Brocock Aim X i bought used. The gun is a shooter with JSBs 18.13 pellets so far, The FPE is a little over 12 but it can be adjusted down a little to comply with the AAFTA rules for pistol competitions. I tried the gun with the moderator on and off with the 30 yard groups all well under a dime!

Here is the target. I was a little lazy and shot initially at a target that was under a BR target so it was a bit busy...... I circled and explained ea 3 shot group, The one without the moderator is just slightly better then the ones with the mod. Still at 30 yards, off a Tack Driver bag, it printed well.It appears to be a well made quality air gun....

Thanks for the sale Bobby!
