Hey folks,
I'm new here and to the sport. I hate for my first post to be negative in nature, but I don't have a gun yet due to the following incident, which leads to my question: Have any of you had experience with Airgun On in Abilene, TX?
I ordered an air gun (Dianna RWS 34) from Airgun On February 9. I received an email later that day stating they had received my order and would ship when payment cleared. Bank statement showed the charge cleared next day (debit card). That was the last I heard from them. I've emailed them three times requesting info - no response. Tried calling and I get a Verizon message that the person I'm calling isn't available; try back later. The "live chat" feature on their website gets no response. They were affected by the winter storm last week, as was all of Texas and Louisiana (where I live). Last weekend I believe there was a banner on their website about being shut down due to the storm blah, blah, blah. That banner is gone now which indicates they have some capacity to communicate.
Is this an isolated incident or have others of you had similar experience with Airgun On? Thanks in advance.
