I like FX products but I don't like their scope mounts for whatever reason and only use Burris XTR rings and will recommend them to anyone.

Mine could not be tightened hard enough in the angle adjustment to secure a scope without ""gradually"" slipping down over time. I had to put a piece of sandpaper between those surfaces that press against each other in the rings to fix the issue. It literally took months and lots of wasted time and ammo to finally figure the problem out![]()
At the same time my FX rifle was having other issues which compounded the frustration.
But mine didn't break like yours did.
Due to this issue and many others I'm not buying FX products anymore.
I hear this everyday. What was the gun's issues?

The FX Revolution that I bought new was so screwy that after 2 attempts at repair from the place I bought it from, and it failing once again, I brought it back and told them I didn't want the gun anymore because I hadn't even gone through two tins of pellets yet. This was over the span of almost a year. Talk about absolutely discouraging.
The other rifle came with most of the screws loose, the reg failed twice, the nut holding the barrel came loose more than once, so did the pellet probe, the C3 bumper failed, as well it has POI shifts. Not to mention the No limits rings problem.
Maybe I'm crazy but I come from the camp that when you buy a $2000 gun the damn thing had better work right and you shouldn't have to F with it.
The FX Royale I have has been a great rifle, nevertheless I'm done with the Co.
Here's a cheep one piece I'm having great luck with:
Amazon.com : Warhuntusa Cantilever Dual Ring 20 Moa Picatinny Mount Scope 30mm Tube 2inch Offset, Black : Sports & Outdoors
I mean if you’re looking for US made then we’re talking mounts that start at around $300. The only two that come to mind at the moment are Steiner and Geissele.
Edit: The Steiner P-Series is going for $136. Not offered with cant option for this model though.
Yep, had that exact issue with one of mine as well Big Ragu. That's what I get for straying from my tired and true Burris XTR Signature rings. I REALLY like those rings, very solid. Bummer is that now they are also made in China....I HATE THAT!!!
