Anyone ever order pellets from HatsanUSA?

Many times, it is hit and miss. If you have a large order, sleeve quantities, they usually do pretty good. But single tins(two or three) might be a gamble. But have always been better than Amazon or Midway USA.

Ordered two tins FTT green and one tin of 22 Baracuda green from HATSAN a year ago. Big mistake! I got an email that they canceled the FTT green without notifying me before they shipped the single Baracuda, keeping the $10 shipping fee. $27.99 total for a tin of Baracuda, lol! I contacted customer service and in an email they said I can send it back with strings attached. I asked if they keep the $10 ship fee and the 15% restock fee and whether I pay return shipping. Had to escalate to a manager. It still said “In Stock” on the website, so beware.

I usually ordered hatsan pellets thru Field Supply. Mostly 30 and 45 cal when Hatsan still made "Supremes"

Quite often. Specifically when they have 15% or 20% off sales.
I go through a lot of H&N Barracuda and Barracuda Match. 8 bucks a tin is hard to beat and when on sale, STOCK UP!
