Have heard concerning things about them in the past. Their website and social media aren't very well organized or maintained so I'd be skeptical of being able to get a hold of them. Lots of red flags.

Absolutely! I immediately thought to ask here first. Most of the browsing I do seems to lead to a fictional website which is sicking! Anyway thanks

In India so shipping is steep...
They were responsive to my emails, and were both knowledgeable and way more willing to help me get started with messing around with Airforce guns than the airforce tuners I contacted in the US. It was refreshing to be honest. Instead of the begrudging, sullen responses to questions about parts and tuning that I had grown used to (the best I could get anywhere else and I'll leave it at that), they replied with long messages with images to help me solve a problem or two... pretty chill whoever it was not even trying to sell me a part. Just helpful.

I have a PCPTUNES regulator that has worked well on a condor for over 2 years now. Also have ordered quite a few other parts from them. They have always responded quickly to any inquiries made (and I've had similar experiences elsewhere as mentioned by MrP above). Their web site shows a newer version condor regulator that apparently can be set noticeably higher than in the past and I will probably try one shortly. There was a failure of a PCPTunes Texan regulator quite a while back that was well documented here and elsewhere but I've heard of no problems since that time.

there are no gauges on this, since it is normally ordered with their reg with 2 gauges. i asked to have a gauge installed because i'll be using this on an altaros reg with 1 gauge for fill pressure only.
received this last night. pretty great customer service. I should have the part friday to start testing:

anybody still interested in this - my item arrived last week (much quicker to ship than orders from similar US companies, as others have experienced). shipping was within a day or two, opposed to waiting month(sometime months) for others to ship items.
valve came double packed, outer box carboard, foam, with this plastic container inside, with padding around the valve.
