Good point sir I don't have an answer all I know is it would look fun to shoot them.Rats at a garbage facility are considered pests? If they shouldn't be there, where exactly should they be?
Excellent ! I went to my local dump and they said no , Insurance reason . Not about the shooting , just if i got hurt .Hello,

My God, that's brilliant!! How far down will it spot them? I assume it's only while they are stopped to build up heat?anyone use a thermal to try to see moles in the tunnels in your lawn ? MY lawn is infested .
i was asking IF it might work . Answers i got were that you might see a heat blob if it was a good unit ie: $$$$ . I got the impression i would need a $1200 to 2K unit ? I have 6 stab type 4 prong units but never got one yet .My God, that's brilliant!! How far down will it spot them? I assume it's only while they are stopped to build up heat?
I gave up and bought a bunch of scissor traps. Yard is like a mine field.
Ya, back when you lived in a free America .. same here it was a place along with the clay pit you could go shoot just to go shoot you bothered no one and no one bothered you. When I was a kid back in the 60's every town had a town dump. My buddies and I spent many hours shooting rats at the dumps with 22's. It was a common activity and no one ever seemed to care.
