Anyone have experience with krale and shipping to the USA

Old thread but I just talked to Krale this morning and they DO NOT ship FX air guns to the USA. Something to do with import/export restrictions. FYI

They do not ship FX airguns or parts because FX-USA is the exclusive distributor for FX in the Americas. However Krale do sell, and ship, many non-FX parts and accessories for FX airguns, just not the FX made ones. They have always provided me with excellent service.

I have ordered 3 guns from them, all 3 were at my door in Alabama 2 days after I ordered them.

I have heard of a couple of guns getting stopped in customs for a few days.

Will be ordering an HW50 from them in a few weeks.

Updating my old post, to date I have ordered 6 guns from Krale, the last was a HW50 .177, I sent the gun straight to a tuner (John in PA)

When he opened the gun up, he found the cocking arm and insert had been ground on because it had rubbed the bottom of the tube.

No doubt this was a returned gun.

Up to this point I was well pleased with Krale, but probably won't order from them in the future, because if there is a problem, it's a hassle to return/handle.

Krale did make AOA and others get their prices more in line.
