I'm thinking about converting a YH filter as a P.P on my impact. Has anyone tried this yet? To me it seems like it would work like a Vlad external plenum without the extra added parts of course. Just wondering if there are any pro and cons?

I used a Yong Heng as a power plenum. It werqed well and was a fairly easy mod to to it. PM me if you decide to do this.

I was first to do this and it works great but you'll have to remove the lower bridge from the valve housing and drill the block to 6mm for the air to flow freely. Ignore the "max power mod pic since you won't need that. You don't need the roll pin either. I only added it when my gun was about to exceed 130 fpe. Before you do any of this I think you'll be much happier with the eccentric air tube plenum from FX or the guy that makes them in Poland. No mods necessary for those.
