Anyone In Utah

Salt Lake area, don't hunt much anymore, Muscular Dystrophy makes tromping through fields hard. Lee Kay Range is good though, if you can get there during open hours. $5 and you are on the 75 yard range. PMAA Range does 100 yards (Up to 800 with Gongs shooting up a ravine).

What brought you from Ireland to Salt Lake? I always have to ask that question. It's amazing how many nationalities I find here! Everyone has a unique story.

I'm heading to the TNT range in Murray on Thursday which looks like it would be awesome. Although I will most likely be in with people that have ARs but that will be fun. I will check out those other ranges too as they sound awesome for long range shooting.

I'm Married to a lass from Draper she lived in Ireland with me for about 4 years and decided she wanted to come back to Utah because she missed the mountains and the sunshine and mostly her family. But all in all I do love it here as I can do all my hobbies that I like doing but It really is a complete diffrent world here.

The work I do was very scarce in Ireland for instance a job opportunity would come up every sort of six months or more within a commutable distance for me . But here its crazy as before I even got here I was getting offers from as far as the east coast.

A lass from Utah? You got lucky my friend! What kind of work to get so many offers?

I've shot TNT before. They have two sets of lanes and indoor shotgun. The lanes are 25 yards, and the booths are incredible. Wide enough to spread out, stools to sit if you want to do bench rest, and the benches are deep enough to shoot from comfortably.

The 100 yard lanes are in the basement. Fully automatic target setting. I've not shot the 100 yet, just the 25's. Great range. They rent guns as well if you want to try powder burners. Plus, if you get hungry, there's a hamburger grill in the north end of the waiting area.

My daughter and I shoot as often as we can, usually at TNT. Friendly people, great place

Yep a Lass from Utah I did land lucky indeed, as for work I am what is called a penetration tester most people know it by ethical hacker and I specialise in embedded systems, IoT, medical devices that kinda thing and application based stuff.

Your more than welcome to come down to TNT tomorrow (Thursday) if you like. I have a new rifle so I got to zero up and the like but it will be a fun time.
