Skout Anyone Polished An Evo/Epoch Barrel?

Don't the barrels have Teflon impregnated into them, so polishing would likely not help or even ruin the finish plus they are supposed to be polygonal so also not a good idea, and I am all for polishing barrels, but I didn't think I would touch mine when I get it.
I dont know about any of that. That's kind of why I ask. However the same question about removal sort of applies in regard to cleaning the barrel.

Not actually got mine yet, but there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube about removing the barrel, quite straightforward.
Removing the assembly from the gun is easy. I'm talking about removing the barrel from the the Shroud/liner for maintenance and/or polishing. At the breech end there is an anodized piece of metal, and at the muzzle end there is the assembly for attaching the suppressor. My question is can you/how to remove the barrel from the shroud assembly...

if you did not upgrade the barrel at purchase, then you have the one that Motorhead describes.
I think i only did a light polish on mine( 100 strokes total in a progressive pattern..33-33-33 in thirds) ...since the barrels is made differently than a steel barrel, i did not think it would do much improvement ..only wreck it

Not sure about any upgrade, but mine was ordered with the 34.4" barrel in .25 cal.
