After shooting a few rounds through my Crosman 362 I would like to moderate it if possible. It is just a tiny bit too loud for my backyard urban shooting. Any ideas?
Not sure it’s still available in that configuration. Wasn’t listed with a front sight on Donnys site.as pictured the adaptor has the front sight , just choose a mod to not block your front sight .
It's designed to use the existing fiber optic blade from the Disco, attaches with a screw The front site attaches on the Anniversary 362 the same way, with a screw - the mod needs female 1/2-20 threads, the adapter is male, so study up on your airgun birds and bees ha ha -Not sure it’s still available in that configuration. Looks great. How’s it sound nowOk, here's mine with the DonnyFL Disco/Maximus A20 adapter and Buck Rail 1/2" - 20 UNF suppressor. The Buck Rail is pretty big (~6.5 long & 1.2 in diameter). It doesn't look outsized on the rifle but does interfere with using the OEM sights.
I just ordered a TKO moderator for a Benjamin Maxumus from Airgun Mods (AGM) that's also 1/2" - 20 UNF but is only 4.5" long and 0.875" in diameter. The smaller diameter should work for using the open sights.

DonnyFL has this adapter on their website. Is it the same thing as in your photo, and you just added the front sight to the adapter?
No, that one is different. Look for the A20 one for Disco & Maximus. I added you the oem front to that adapter. The A20 has 2 holes - one in front for the grub screw and one in the rear that's threaded for the Crosman sight screwDonnyFL has this adapter on their website. Crosman 2240 Adapter A30
This is a slide on adapter for the Crosman 2240. The ID measures 7/16 and it has 1/2x20 UNF threads to attach your favorite moderator with a knurled thread protector.donnyfl.com
