Every time I call, I get someone knowledgeable, courteous and just plain competent. They also seem to have the discretion to solve possible problems, immediately and fairly. This time I wondered if I could cancel a preorder and was told I could, and without losing my preorder fee by applying it to another item, which I did. I love those guys.
