A friend was in their store and told me about a 74cft used tank. I called and bought tank. When i recieved it would not hold air. A call to AOA and a return shipping label emailed to me in about 5 min. And i was told they would fix valve promptly. Very happy with customer service there was no issues whatsoever. I have returned valve and waiting for repaired valve. Pleased with AOA and will look to them for future purchases. Good friendy service is hard to find these days.
To add to my story here when i sent the valve back i also had them exchange a fitting i had ordered when I bought the tank. I did call ans ask if that was acceptable and was told of course no problem. So I enclosed the fitting with a note the new fitting i wanted was $25 the original fitting was $45 so I had explained in the note that store credt or card refund or just throw something in the box when they ship the valve back. I listed my 2 airguns an .25 avenger and vulcan 3 hp .30. I was hoping for a fun suprise I was wondering if any effort would be put into it on AOA part. To my suprise when i got the package there was a pack of Zan pellets and a note saying to try these in my vulcan. Needless to say im impressed with the sales and customer service. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. Im a very happy satisfied customer
