I traded my Hatsan Factor on a BSA R10SE that AOA had discounted . After I sent some photos , a price was set, a RMA emailed to me. I sent my gun on it's way. I asked if any CC info was needed to seal the deal and was told by Jacob no need ,paper work was started & they'd be in touch after my gun arrived there. A few days later I received a call from him and all info was taken and the shipping process started. The UPS emailed me when my pkg hit my door, All in all the deal was seamless , the gun arrived w/ a half filled tank & well packaged .
