I recently purchased a used optic from AoA. When it arrived there was a screw missing from the mount. I called trying to find a source for one. They immediately responded to my request, and simply stated that they would send one out. It's a small thing to be sure, but it was a no hassle, quick response. This is why I do business with them. Rarely an issue, but when there is, they make it right. What more could you ask for?
