AOA went the extra mile again

When I bought a scope I had some questions that the rep answered without making me feel rushed or unworthy. Service from initial contact to shipping was excellent and I ordered some other things later.

Even better, they gave me the option upfront of what delivery service to use. I’ll buy from them again.

I was looking online for inserts for a Williams peep sight and saw that AOA had the Twilight insert plus two that didn’t appear to fit this sight. The AOA rep not only confirmed that the latter would not fit, he also physically checked the Twilight insert to make sure it would fit, plus he told me where I could order other correctly-fitting inserts.

I always appreciate it when a service rep physically retrieves the item I’m interested in to make sure it is what I want. Thanks again for the excellent service!
