Aproximate Value FWB-300S?

I bought my FWB-300S in person at Champions Choice in the early 1980s. My university's team was using the RWS 75, which I did not like as much as this sweet shooting rifle. It mostly sat in my safe all these years. So, two years ago I sent it off to Airgunwerks to be rebuilt. It should go to someone who is going to shoot it. Just trying to see what a fair price should be on this old champion.

Were these prices for a 300S with old seals? This is freshly re-done by an expert and ready for years of service. Thanks for assisting. I'm keeping my old FWB-124, which I had supertuned and replaced the stock with a gorgeous walnut one.
The rifle I sold had new springs, piston ring and breech seal. My buddies rifle was ready to shoot also.

I agree, $500-700.

I went through a FWB300 phase a few years ago. I ended up with 3 at one point, with 4 stocks. It was so bad I actually owned a left hand walnut stock for some crazy reason (I'm right-handed). Eventually I got it down to an FWB300s Mini and a FWB300 and don't have any plans of selling either. Anyway, for about a year I watched every online classifieds like a hawk, including the above-mentioned airguns.net. And the $500-700 range was pretty average, for a pretty average FWB300S. There are a couple models and configurations that'll fetch a bit more though. For example, a Tyrolean stock on a functional gun can push up to around $1000-1200. The "Running Boar" model also seems to fetch a bit higher than the typical $500-700.

With new seals and good blueing (95%+), this should be worth about $600. The stock has some minor dings which is not unusual for it's age, and it has some nice figure in the wood which is desireable. If you have the original box and paperwork, then you could add another $75 or so. Replacing seals on these is not brain surgery. I've done 4 of them, so IMO, it doesn't make much difference who did it as long as they didn't screw up the mechanical works.
