Are rats and squirrels territorial? My first šŸæ

My baby Uragan's first šŸæ. I notice IĀ am seeing less and less rats. As I take them out. I know that there are squirrels moving in from the neighborhood as IĀ never saw them before nearby. I knew it was just going to be time before they came over. Sure enough,Ā today I found one in the yard as I came home. It almost jumped into the pool as it flipped about. I knocked it in the noggin at 20 yards with a .22 hades.

I really like the look of the synthetic stock on the Urugan Compact. Thats a good looking rig.

ThanksĀ Ezana4CE,

I think this is the first time IĀ got something with the bug buster. I normally have the compact hawke attached to it or the uragan attached to the atn. But I was debating keeping the bug buster since IĀ rarely hunt with it. And during the day I tend to target shoot. The bug buster is not something i grab for when target shooting. I really like shooting the Uragan. So lite, accurate, easy to shoulder...

Ezana4CE,

I generally get rats at night but normally it is attached to the sk19. So I can get a quick follow-up shot with the semi- auto. But i have got a few with the Uragan and the atn.Ā

As far as the bugĀ buster vs. Hawke compact. I tend to go for the hawke as I target shoot in the daylight hours but it tends to be in the late afternoon. The bug buster does not have ir. I like the hawkes' retical for target shooting and it has a little bit more magnification for target shooting. The bug buster's retical covers my target but I tend to have a very small target. As i mentioned this is the first time seeing a šŸæ with the bug buster. Pretty large target for the retical and šŸæ was easy to spot and target thru the scope.

Good shooting. I'm sure you are aware of the problem California ground squirrels can cause. The fleas they carry have been known to carry bubonic plague. I shoot lots of them on my permission but I never get anywhere close to them. I don't even get close enough to take pictures. Paranoid, overly cautious? Probably, but I'm not going to take any chances.Ā
