Some guns don't need videos to sell. Daystate is an example of such a company. You won't find Daystate or Brocock paying people for videos or giving out free guns. They would be throwing their money away because they already sell as many as they need to. Steyr is another company that would never sponsor a YT video. Air Arms doesn't do videos or answer emails about stuff like that.
If you think about it, if someone needed a YouTube video in order to sell thier product, then they would be in big trouble. If your product kicks butt, then it will sell itself.
Idk dude, if it wasn't for Matt Dubber showing up on Iraq Vet 8888's YT channel i never would have known about modern PCP airguns and FX. When i was sold and ready to dive in at the end of 2022, I decided on an FX. It wasnt brand preference since i didnt really know a lot at this point, but of what i had learned much of it revolved around FX airguns thanks to their exposure and that made me comfortable pulling the trigger. If the ownership experience is on par with my expectations, they will have earned a longtime repeat customer.
