Arken Optics - new line

I have 3 SH4s and one Athlon Helos BTR GenII 6-24X56 along with two Midas-Tac 6-24X50 scopes. I would be hard presssed to tell the difference between the optics on the Arkens and the Helos. They are both quite good. The Midas is a bit better, though, but enough to make a big difference? I doubt it. The only advantage that the Helos has over the Arken is that it focuses down to 10 yards and the entire reticle is illuminated. The Midas is not illuminated. All good choices, IMO.
EPL4 is showing 10 yards to infinity paralax. Whether it will or not we will see.

the only reason I can think of why it would be blurry is if you had an Astigmatism or the diopter is not focused correctly.
I do see a starburst with red dot sights but the Arken illumination is different — usable but blurry is the best way to describe it. Certainly not a deal breaker but don’t buy one of these if illumination is priority. As I said, I have 4.

Never tried refocusing the diopter with illumination on.

My total was 489.24 with the 30mm combo added... looks like they charged me $10 shipping too. Not too worried about it, just ready for new scope to get here..
Thats my thoughts too, but it said free with 100 dollars or more...Im not going to get worked up over it, but don't tell me its free then charge me for it.

I have an Astigmatism, so I know all about looking through scopes with illumination or red dots. If I use my glasses, it looks perfect but if I don't, which is how I normally shoot they are blurry on illumination or red dots.
it's just the way it is for me unfortunately. :(

Mine is on it's way!
