I would like to know if any of you has a problem with IR light.
I got Arken Zulus 5-20R in mid-January for my Impact M3 .22. In the beginning I had a little problem seeing reticle (with my late 60 eyes), but now I got used to it, and really like this scope. In the past few weeks, I've tried night vision and like it even better. All has been setup properly the BC table uploaded and works as it should, the holdovers are just spot on. Everything was working very well until today, when I noticed that IR light is not working. Battery was fully charged, IR icon on the screen was on, illumination levels show as well, but the light doesn't turn on.
I think maybe the IR module has burned out or somehow is defective. I emailed tech support and awaiting their reply.
Any advice on this issue is appreciated.
