Optics Warehouse U.K. have both the 3-12 , and the 5-20 versions available, and in stock.
They also have the 20 MOA mount, 35 MOA mount, and the 940 NM I.R. module in stock as well.
I ordered my Zulus from them, and had it shipped to the United States.
They currently have a "SALE" that includes 2 batteries , 32gb SD card, and a battery charger with a Zulus purchase.
My overall price including shipping, was very comparable to the other alternative, here in the United States.
They do have a governmental form that must be snail-mailed back to them, BEFORE they ship.
After I placed the order, they e-mailed a simple form that must be autographed, and then SNAIL-MAILED back to them in the U.K.
Postage for the form, to the U.K., was an additional $1.75 as I recall.
The entire process, from the time I placed the order until the delivery to my door step, was about 21 days total as I recall.
If you dont mind snail-mailing a envelope to them, and can wait aprox. 21 days, I would absolutely recommend them.
Communication and customer service were top notch.
5 star service, and a great scope too!

 
I talked to them yesterday and got the battery reply as well. Told them I have plenty of the flat top 18650 cells. They offered to send the zulus and batteries separately. I agreed and got a shipping notification an hour later.

I have a stash of the cells for my long range rc airplanes, so not an issue
I just asked to do the same.
