Tuning Artemis 750 Need More FPS

Gentlemen (...and I do use the term loosely)

I need to hop up my 750. But I don't want to destroy the gun in the process. A longer barrel would help, there's room for another inch or two of barrel inside the shroud, but I can't seem to find anyone who has access to one.

I've got the hammer spring backed out a half turn from full power, but can't get those 16gr pellets up to 700 fps.

Is there a link to what needs to be done? I'm not a machinist, I do own a crowbar, a hammer, a flat blade screwdriver with half the end broke off, and I have access to some really nice tweezers!!!

Now, the gun came from Wes in Canada, via Veradium Air, so it was cleaned up and such, but not power tuned.

Any advise from those of you that can read?

Sincere thanks....

Kindly 'Ol Uncle Hoot

(Don't knock it...I'm under a lot of stress these days!!! I had to sell a gun to pay for repairs to my outboard motor...times are tough! Just yesterday I woke up and found myself unconscious. I rushed to the doctor, but he said I probably just fainted right before I woke up???...anyway he adjusted my spine, charged me $45, and told me I needed a complete Chiropractic workup...I can't seem to catch a break!!!)

I found an excellent power increase, step by step, disassemble, make changes, re-assemble. This is to get the .22 up to 700-750 fps.

Easier than I thought. Give it a look and see what you think! Take time to read the few comments and his response as well.

I believe this is a one stop video to max out the 750 for power!

Degas pistol. Remove air tube. With air tube removed you will see a flathead screw.

Turn that screw CCW for more power. WARNING: turn screw 1 mm at a time then reassemble, gas it up and see if it gets you to your desired power. If not repeat the process.

+1 just raise your regulated pressure. I can remember following along when Brian was working on tuning the guns he was doing work on, that he backed the regulated pressure down. I'd bump the regulator up a little before even thinking about any additional modifications.
