With the Shoebox compressor one needs the initial shop compressor and the output filter to take the moisture out. Is there anything else that is needed for this set up? Driving to the dive shop is getting old.
I'm 35 miles from the shop. One fill per week at $8 per fill and $8 for gas is $832 just the first year. This is not including the maintenance on vehicle or my hours driving to, waiting for fill and driving back. It adds up pretty quick. The Shoebox MAX at $649 plus the extras ($100 shop compressor and $100 for filter and lines) would be paid for in the first year.......and you have a compressor that you could easily sell and get back over 1/2 of your investment."ztirffritz"That's quite a few trips to the dive shop to justify that...
Yeah, that would make it easily justifiable. I'm about 2 miles from my nearest fill station and I can take a bus or bike."BigTinBoat"
