Hi All,
Tomorrow my 2240 is set to arrive! A few questions while I wait to hear back from Steve Corcoran about grips. He said he would upload photos of available grips this week. Steve told me he no longer takes custom orders.

I understand that 1701p is the best trigger for 2240. Is this the correct part number 1701p P-Rod trigger assembly (2220-103) #2220-103?

Do people prefer the GMAC beech or the Crosman long or short breach?

Is the Mellonair Hammer the best hammer to use with the 1701p?

Gmac can be had left or right hand as well as without the rear notch for sight. In addition, barrel fitment is snug and precise unlike some other breeches ive tried. It's all I'll use. Can't confirm that part #, but that is the best trigger. Can't recall if you need a custom hammer or not. I know the 13xx do to run this.

I have received 2240 starting to order parts. Trying to decide about the trigger.

Which has a better trigger, 2240, with the two-stage trigger upgrade or the pp700 standard trigger?
(of course, since I received 2240 already dreaming of my next purchase, a pp700?)
