ataman .22

Hello I just received a gift from my father it is ataman .22 and I would like to know more about it from you guys since I know little about it it would be great if you guys give me your opinion and thoughts thank you very much.

He was kidding. Just trying to be funny. It has a Lothar Walther barrel on it which is very good and hits HARD according to the (up to) 200 joules claim which is 147.5 foot pound energy (my gun shoots 40 foot pound in .22) 

you will need to get a air source to fill the beast, but from what I see it is a nice gun. 

I I think it looks awesome too. I say you have a winner

In the Netherlands they have gained a bad reputation, out of the box they did not seem to group at 50yrd and beyond.
The manufacturer is looking into the issue, but it has been over a year now, and the issue is still not solved.......
There are not many Atamans sold after they gained a bad rep. When you buy a 2000$ airgun, a man can have some expectations IMO.
Technically it is a very interesting airgun, but the customer service, well..... Make your own conclusions.
