i have a problem with ataman ap 16 the gun is new i noticed that the shot is very weak like 0,9 joule and then the sound of the shot is not strong and very weak can you tell me what it can be?

Have you contacted the dealer that you bought it from ? That should be your first priority, let them know. They may ask you to send it back for proper repair.

yes I sent an email to the retailer to still wait for an answer I thought that with some information I could solve the case

Many dealers / shops don't seem to answer e-mails. I too have a question about a product (not airgun related), and have not gotten an e-mail answer back. I'm calling them today.
You may have to just actually call them on the phone.
To your question, I've not heard of anyone having "low" pressure problems. At least not here or on the GTA (Gateway to Airguns) board.
