thingiverse.com has a lot of models for scope wheels, commas and nautilus shaped focus knobs

dunno if they have specific to that model fo scope, but you can always mod the .stl

I dont know if it will match the Athlon Midas TAC 5-25x56?
But i made one for my Midas Tac. One push over version and one with easy click on system. (You fix the small adaptor to the turret and) The parallax wheel can be pushed on and will be fixed by three small spring loaded balls.

Private me if you want a copy of the the 3d files. - I also designed ø46mm push over turrets for elevation
