Well excuse the hell out of me for missing that and bothering you with a question.Â"30cal"Well txaggie929 I wouldn't know as I haven't got mine yet. If you read back even half a page you will see that I am still waiting for Optics Planet to get the next shipment in.
If my scope comes in before yours 30cal, I will post about it.Â"30cal"Sorry I didn't mean come across as rude. I'm just tired from a long hard day at work. I will certainly report on the clairity and brightness if I ever get it.
At close range, I do not use high magnification, but any how - the Midas will be used on the fx impact and distances way over 30 yds."DuncanHynes"It wont bother you it has parallax to 30 yards minimum? Glad you like it Gunner.
GunnertronesAhhh, endtlich!!
The Athlon Midas 4,5-27 x 50 with the APLR1 reticle arrived today!
And what a reticle this is! Exactly what I had hoped for. Very thin and distinct crosshairs, with the drop-point numbers 1-9 (starting at 2 actually). Mills and dots are a must for holdover of course, but with the numbering you are on track and do not mix up that easily. No counting, just a quick glance at the number.Â
And the local dealer confirm that the 3 other Athlon scopes on order will be shipped to Norway in middle of may. I know Bitfrost is waiting for this shipment too.
30Cal - this was a good find!
Which ones, the Argos or the Midas, or both? Been on hold since 23 March. However, I have high hopes for this scope."Berky"Talked to Jason at Athlon today. He said they should have them by the 15th and shipping the week after,
