Yeah compact was one of the bug selling points for me . The 10 meter rifles can be a pain In the ass to scope . If I were buying g it for a PCP which can reach Way out there ...I would opt for the other BDC cross hair . This mildot just the tiniest bit thick for really long range precise shooting .

Yeah they are actually a good in between size . If you've ever looked thru a SWFA mildot they are almost identical size .

That's great news Joe! Thanks for keeping us informed about your experience. That's a great recommendation for both the scope and the company. I really like that they have such wide range of scopes from inexpensive to high end with many models that are good for air guns. Nice to have new options.

No doubt 30Cal . Next one I buy will be one from their nicer lines . I got a really nice set of 30 mm rings that are begging for a new scope

Had a dark overcast day here in east tx today so was able to check optics in something besides bluebird perfect day . Saw something funny at 40 yards I never picked up before with my AR scopes before ....My FWB is not exactly a thunderbolt on power and I noticed several pellets bouncing back off the wood backstop I was shooting into ,it wasn't even sticking in the plywood ...lol.. Good glass shows up the good and bad

Yeah its not exactly a Race car . But it outs em in there in a nice little wad ....Should a seen it before I put in heavier spring !! Only one pellet would shoot over 500fps . What's weird is after shooting it a while with its slide to prevent recoil , my 22 Cricket feels like it kicks. Lol

The 300, if adjusted properly, will cancel all recoil with the sled. The PCP will feed the inertia created by the pellet and air and hammer movement back to the shooter. My SSP Walther LGR "kicks" while the 300s is completely dead. Some high end SSPs and PCPs incorporate mechanisms to counteract that small amount of recoil.

Hi Joe, we are so glad seeing the new scope is working great for you. We have a customer in Arizona who put several hundred rounds through Talos BTR 4-14x44 on his springer and broke his springer while his Talos BTR still doing great. For Talos line, we have not got any report back with issues on a springer air rifle yet and would love to see any feedback on that. Again appreciate your patience and understanding with a new brand. We are doing our best to get everything right at first place.

Thanks Kevin , iv e put just under 1000 shots thru the rifle since I mounted scope a few days ago . So far I am very impressed ...Holds zero, good optics , nice crosshair, and tracks perfect ....Can't think of anything anyone could want for a street price of 150$ and bulletproof warranty !!!! Its not my last Athlon for sure

I put a Talos on my Falcon which is a sub 20FPE rifle and my accuracy greatly improved. For a very inexpensive scope, it really is working well. Glad you are getting the same experience and I hope the Athlon Co. continue to delivers both quaility and service!

Yeah I'm honestly Very pleased with it ! I did the box test twice yesterday, first with 10 clicks , then again with 20 clicks ... Worked like a charm ...Like I said its the first scope I've owned in a long while that wasn't real expensive that stopped moving when adjustments are made ..
My Dad used to tap on the scope after he made adjustments to make it "settle in" and the Bushnell and Burris scopes I was using all took a few shots before they finally stopped moving . This one clicks and then doesn't budge ...its VERY NICE in a midrange scope !!!!!
