ATN Binos, little review I guess you could say....

Well I hope your pup gets better fast... I watch the late night vision show on you tube there gold old boys in Texas that know night vision. There are quite a few thermals on the market now with laser rangefinder. Price dropping 640 resolution under $4,000 . For airgun s arrows, subsonic a cold shot base from Heritage arms with your NV or thermal scope is the ticket. You can just dial the base like a regular scope and shoot to where you need. I tried the cheap Chinese LE-032 mini rangefinder .At fist worked great . Not consist in working. Wouldn't work when cold..

Thats a slick setup! I was looking into the Luna Optics LN-ELIR-3 IR torch as it is small, compact, and guys review it great out to 300-400 yards so for my distance dialing it down I would get incredible battery light. The biggest lacking component on my NV is the IR Torch, its very weak. I thought it was great up until I used these Binos.

Also shes on the mend, thank you :)

Was sighting in a friends Bering Hogster thermal scope yesterday. The owner gave me some hand warmer packets that you staple to your target and sight in on them. They are about 3” x 4” and I put one at 50 yds and one at 100 yds. I’m getting ready to shoot and a club member stops by, we chit chat for 15 minutes or so and I look down to about 75 yards and here’s a black cat cutting across the range. The scope was on so I grab it and look through scope to see how the cat would show up, I’ve never used a thermal, and wow it really works well. Then I get sighted at 50 and then aim over to the 100 yard hand warmer and behind the backstop up in a tree a squirrel or raccoon is glowing in the tree like a red hot piece of metal. Too cool.
