Went down to the former dairy to reconnoiter for Spring and maybe get lucky, which I did. All kills at 40 yards, 1 MIL of holdover from my 25 yard zero. All DRT.

And the weight? My ghost carbine is almost 10 lbs with scope, bottle of air, and ammo.

5 lbs. for gun/pic. rails/scope + 1.25 lbs. for Accu-Tac = 6.25 lbs. of outsized goodness. I was plinking these at will today, shooting prone.

You can see how a rifle could be out of place in that tight environment. As the weather gets warmer, the pest birds will increase in volume. Am hoping to kill as many as last year. Also am waiting for much warmer weather to go after nighttime rats. I miss badly, shooting rats.Man Luis, that is some fine shooting there! Just over 16.5 FPE, sending CPHPs at 725 fps at the muzzle. Have not done anything else to it…. It suits me just the way it came out thee box.

The compact size is awesome, but the rest of the gun? Solid and robust, this little gem is a no nonsense pesting machine. I get 33 shots/3 magazines from a 250 BAR fill down to about 110 BAR. It is an easy to carry rig on a single point sling. I have found it to be very capable of taking critters at the distances I shoot. Out to 50 or so yards it is deadly on sparrows, starling, chipmunks, etc. I’m keeping mine for the long run.
P.S.: I’ve never owned a Cayden.

do you have a rig for if you NEED to take one down?? You do not know how much I would like to have big game at my yard .....
I am grateful to have rabbits, jackrabbits, and doves and ducks around. Where I live we try not to hunt except migratory. It is very easy to kill all local animals. Mice is open season.
