AV compressor problems...

Having some trouble with my air Venturi 4500psi compressor. Its brand new. This is a direct replacement from my first one i sent back for the same problems. 
i am getting black oil from the bleed valve and its also stuttering over 2k psi or so. Im not sure whats going on here. Anyone that has one of these compressors experienced either of these problems? 

Non detergent full synthetic husky compressor oil is what i am using. The previous unit i ran a synthetic blend kobalt compressor oil.

ive spoken to one other gentleman that had the black oil. He said his also started with a slight stutter amd turned into violent shaking and overheating. He also stated near thr end of its lifr he could not get over a couple thousand psi before overheating.

I am still within my 30 days on this one as well. Im about ready to just give up on them entirely. I surely dont want them to send me yet ANOTHER one and have the same problems. Any suggestions are greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance for any info.
 
Some people have had good luck with these, some haven’t. It’s basically a Tuxing with added features. Since this is their second strike I’d get a refund if possible and buy an Alpha Carette to replace it. I’ve read nothing but good things about the AC. And I’m saying this even though I own a modified Tuxing that has given me no problems or issues. 
 
Thanks for the input guys i think thats what ill have to do. I was hoping someone had heard of said problems and could atleast tell me whats going on. Obviously oil is getting past the rings/seals and burning, turning black.i honestly think the stuttering is dieseling on the high pressure side. That in turn is blowing the piston down almost like a car engine. Thats just my thoughts.looking hard at the AC. 
 
I did. Both times did the 10 minute break in run. The second go around i even let it run for about 15 or so minutes. I was filling a Great White from 0 psi with the first compressor. Never overheated. I even gave it a little 30 break somewhere in the middle nefore going on up to 4500. The second one i topped the Great White tank fromaround 3000psi to 4500 and all went well. Then before heading out for a shoot the next dag i topped from 4000 to 4500 thats when i experienced the stuttering again and the beginning of the black oil. Its only kind of grey for now but im guessing on my next high pressure run(4500) it will go black. I sent out another email to Air Venturi on thursday. No response as of friday. Hopefully i will hear back on monday (4/9/18).
