i got my 500cc CF bottle from aliexpress last year and it’s been working great. I think the CCP is trying to kill aliexpress(because they don’t like Jack ma) cuz all the stuff that were available now are all 404’d. Now the bottle prices are over the roof I’d recommend thick wall aluminum bottle from amazon I just checked recently you can get a 500cc aluminum bottle for $50 just fill it up to 3000psi to be safe. AE Swede now has the right high output regulator in stock just make sure your bottle has M18x1.5 thread and you’ll be all set.
Alright so doing this mod will make the rifle unregulated, and I’d have to buy a regulator to put on the bottle then correct

Actually it’s the opposite. Your factory twin tubes are unregulated but with a regulator to the bottle you’ll have dual regulation. The bottle regulator on the bottle will actually take pressure of your gun regulator so it’s not maxed out at 300 bar some people say that will mitigate the creeping issue.

I wish I got the regulator from him instead of AliExpress mine only outputs 2200psi his is 3000. Price wise it’s almost about the same as if you order one from AliExpress. Tbh his price is justified for the materials he uses and the quality they provide. Hajimoto’s goods are waaaay overpriced.

There you go:

Oh sweet I’m looking to all that then, once you do the bottle conversion how do you fill the tank, will I have to swap my compressor over to a fill probe style because I have the regular foster fitting right now?

it’s PNP you only need 2 brain cells to make it work.

Here is my setup using his kit only difference is I made myself a reinforcement block/shroud tensioner around his adapter.

Guess I’m missing something or have less than 2 brain cells cause I don’t see anything about tank filling here, I mean now I see in your pictures that there is a fitting on the bottle regulator but I didn’t know that when I asked about filling

Yeah, I am a Machinist /Toolmaker with nearly 50 years exp. working on the smallest stuff you've ever heard of, and your Lathe Cut Crown can't be better than the Wire EDM cut that was there in the first place. All the lands and grooves are going to be exactly the same length, which is the goal of crowning any barrel. Point being you can't improve of what is nearly perfect to begin with. When I installed the Moderator I got a look at the end of the barrel, and when I saw the finish on it I knew is was cutoff with a Wire EDM Machine.

I got my AV Avenger in Nov of last year. I installed an inexpensive Czech made 2-6 X scope, a $24 Buck Rail Moderator and one of my BPM Slings as the gun was bought to hunt with. I recently got a CARM single shot loader that works really well. $27 shipped from Croatia.

I would highly recommend that you shoot your gun a lot before modding anything, and since it is a "Budget PCP" maybe NOT going ape with the mods might result in you getting the most out of your investment. If you learn how to tune it you can get more out of it than any number of Mods that "Mechanically Change" the gun. It is pretty good right out of the box!

Before I got mine I watched many vids on Youtube. There was one guy who was shooting 50 yards in his backyard. He had a camera set up on his target, and it was showing pellets going thru the same hole in real time. I figured if an unmodified gun could do that with only a little tweaking, for $350, that was the gun to get. I can't shoot that good, but I can shoot better than most, and my gun is nearly a one hole gun at 25 yds.. (see second pic.) That is good enough for any conceivable use I would ever have, and I haven't even started "Tuning" it yet.

All I have done to this gun is clean the barrel !!!

That’s awesome man good shooting

How did you do your crown I’ve seen it done with a round head screw in a drill with lapping compound will that work ? Or is there another way ?
(On powder varmint rigs) I have had good luck with the round ball stone on a dremel. However, the crowning of the barrel appears to be over rated when it comes to these Chinese barrels.
