Does anyone know the size of the o-ring on the Avenge X regulator? I'm talking about the exposed one on the stem when you take the regulator out. It's not listed in the schematics, just the complete regulator.

Can you just measure the old one of the one you have ?
I yet to understand why these manufacturers or whoever are stingy with this info on simple maintenance of there gun on line or just easy put it in the guns manual. .

OMG, if Scott is working on an air rifle, everyone needs to stand WAAAY back. I'm not saying that he is dangerous, but the last guy who stood too closely is no longer with us.

I don't want to replace the old one because the regulator has leaked since I received the gun so I don't know if the old one was correct.
Different reg from the Avenger, otherwise I would just take one out of my Avenger and measure it.
Shouldn't you be driving to AZ right now? Or is Craig driving and you are sitting in the back with your "excitable" dog? I'm offended that you think I don't know what I'm doing. I'm one of the best in the country at turning functioning air guns into lawn art.

I don't fully understand what you are saying, but the tone seems to imply that this is someone's fault. There are no villains or victims here, I bought a used gun with a leaky regulator. It happens. I'm just trying to get an o-ring size, not start a bash session on PA or AV.

Well, after careful measuring I decided the o-ring size is 3mmx1.5mm. That is exactly not it. Now I'm going to order 3mmx2mm. If those don't work, it will probably be cheaper for me to just buy a new regulator instead of wasting time and money on o-rings that don't fit.

It looks like 3x2mm was the winner. However, after replacing, it still leaks like crazy from the top of the front block (AS/AT/AW Connecting seat). I saw another post about the axle o-rings and, sure enough, they are toast. So I replaced them and it's still leaking. Looks like I won't be using this gun for my match Sunday, and probably not for my match next Saturday. Apparently the rebuild kits will be back in stock in a month. I'll just keep admiring my useless paper weight in it's new Saber Tactical chassis.

The small o-ring on the exposed end of the regulator is a real challenge to put back on -it did stop the leak around the regulator threads but I had to make a little tool to slide the o-ring onto the end of the regulator. The o-ring was in the kit that came with the gun.
My gun started leaking worse and worse after about 1000 rounds and I am going through it but not having much success - many of the o-rings in the gun are dried out, nearly square and break into pieces when you try to remove them.
Its leaking into the barrel at this point and I think that's the last leak - probably the poppet valve - should have just changed it when it was apart but it looked ok. Lots of the screws look like they were damaged with too small screwdrivers - I'm wondering if Theis we even a new gun at this point.
I also had it blow a burst disk at about 3800 PSI - waiting for replacements -
