I have an avenge x with the air tube and when I try to tether it to my big tank it will take up to 1000 psi before it equalizes instead of immediately after the shot any ideas why

The pressure Delta between the fill hose and air reservoir must exceed the force/differential needed to off seat the foster fitting check valve.

I aalways place a drop of Silicone oil on the fitting when ever I charge from a tank or Compressor. Keeps the check vale lubricated.
